1. These terms
These terms cover the sale of pallets of wholesale and returned stock by MFI Wholesale to business and consumer buyers in the UK.
2. Each pallet is a single lot
Every listing is one physical pallet, sold as seen. Contents, quantities and condition vary and the listing photographs and description form the basis of the sale.
3. Orders and reservations
A pallet is reserved for 15 minutes while a buyer completes payment. A contract is formed only once payment succeeds and we confirm the order by email.
4. Price and payment
Prices are as shown at the time of ordering and include any applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Delivery is charged at a flat rate; collection is free.
5. Delivery, collection and risk
Risk passes on delivery or on collection. Buyers must provide suitable access, and collection must take place in the booked slot unless rearranged with us.
6. Returns, cancellation and liability
Returns are covered by our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
