Returns & refund policy

Pallets of clearance and customer-returned stock are sold as seen. Mixed condition and variation in contents is expected and is not on its own a reason for a return.

If the pallet you receive is not the pallet shown on the listing, or arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection with photographs and your order number.

If we cancel an order before fulfilment, or agree a cancellation with you, the pallet is put back on sale and your payment refunded.

Agreed refunds are made to the original payment method. We record the refund against your order so the paperwork matches.

Consumer buyers keep their statutory rights. Nothing here limits those rights or applies where it lawfully cannot.
