Delivery & collection

Flat-rate mainland UK pallet delivery. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Deliveries are kerbside on a tail-lift vehicle - please make sure someone is available to receive the pallet and that there is space to unload. We'll contact you to agree a delivery day once your order is being prepared.

Collection is free. Choose a date at checkout and pick a slot from 09:00 to 16:00. Bring your order number and suitable transport - pallets are loaded by forklift.

Orders are usually ready within two working days. If a pallet will take longer we'll let you know by email or phone.
