What exactly am I buying?
One physical pallet of stock. The photographs on the listing are of that actual pallet, and the description tells you the pallet type, condition and roughly how many items it holds.
Can I buy two of the same pallet?
No - every pallet is unique, so quantity is always one. When new stock arrives it is listed as a separate pallet.
Is the stock tested or graded?
Customer-returned and clearance stock is sold as seen. Some items may be unused, some may be damaged or incomplete. Please read the description before buying.
How do I pay?
Securely by card at checkout. You don't need an account - checkout is guest only.
Why did a pallet disappear while I was checking out?
When someone starts checkout the pallet is reserved for 15 minutes. If their payment isn't completed the pallet goes back on sale automatically.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes - flat-rate mainland UK delivery, or collect free from our trade unit.
