When you order we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address and, for deliveries, a delivery address. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
Why we use it
To take payment, fulfil your order, arrange delivery or collection, send your receipt and deal with any queries, returns or refunds.
Who we share it with
Our payment provider and, for deliveries, our pallet carrier. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us to make a request.
